The official India price of the Tesla Roadster is yet to be announced. Based on the high booking amounts, the expected price is around Rs 2 crore to Rs 10 crore (ex-showroom), depending on the version. The Performance is expected to sit at the lower end, while the Thrust will cost much more, since its reservation amount alone is Rs 2.50 crore. Right now, Tesla only shows reservation amounts: Rs 50.06 lakh for the Performance and Rs 2.50 crore for the Thrust.

The first booking payment is Rs 5.01 lakh for both the Performance and Thrust. After that, you pay Rs 45.05 lakh (Performance) or Rs 2.45 crore (Thrust) within 10 days to confirm the reservation.
