MG Cyberster GT
The Cyberster GT is the standard version, and it already comes fully loaded. For performance, it offers 503 bhp, 725 Nm and a 0 to 100 km/h time of just 3.2 seconds, with launch control as standard. Moreover, it gets electric scissor doors, an electric soft-top, a four-screen cockpit and an 8-speaker Bose system. For safety, Level 2 ADAS and a 360-degree camera also come included. Buyers can pick from Flare Red, Nuclear Yellow, Andes Grey, Modern Beige and a cyan shade.
MG Cyberster Couture Edition
The Couture Edition turns the Cyberster into a collector’s item. MG created it with Indian couturier Gaurav Gupta, and it features his signature “Serpent Infinity” motif. For example, the white body carries flowing serpent graphics, while the bonnet gets two serpent figurines. Inside and out, hand embroidery and tonal layering add bespoke detailing. Most importantly, MG limits production to just 50 units, sold only through MG Select dealerships.
What Stays the Same
Under the skin, both versions are identical. They share the 77 kWh battery, dual-motor AWD powertrain and 580 km claimed range. Likewise, charging speeds, top speed and every comfort and safety feature remain the same. As a result, the extra Rs 4.99 lakh for the Couture Edition pays only for its design and exclusivity, not for more performance.
GT or Couture Edition?
For most buyers, the Cyberster GT makes more sense, since it delivers the exact same driving experience for less money. Plus, it offers a wider choice of colours. On the other hand, the Couture Edition suits collectors and fashion enthusiasts who want something truly rare. With only 50 units, it could also hold its value better over time.
