The Tata Nano EV’s price is expected to be between Rs 3,00,000 and Rs 6,00,000 (ex-showroom), depending on the variant and battery pack.
The Tata Nano EV is expected to return around 250 km of range on a single charge, which is more than enough for daily city commutes.
Tata Nano EV’s launch date in India is not confirmed yet, but we could get to see a prototype in the next 2-3 years, i.e 2028-29.
Expected features include a touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, power windows, steering-mounted controls, rear parking camera, connected car technology, and keyless entry.
Unlike the petrol-powered Nano, the electric version is expected to feature a battery pack mounted under the floor, improved structural safety, modern styling updates, and a more premium cabin with modern connected features.
