|---|---|
| DC fast charger, up to 320 kW (10 to 80%) | About 20 minutes |
| 11 kW AC wall box (0 to 100%) | About 6 to 9 hours |
With up to 792 km of claimed range, the CLA 250+ ranks among the longest-range EVs in India. Even after real-world losses, a one-way Bengaluru to Chennai drive should need no charging stop. When you do need a top-up, its 800V system adds charge very quickly on the fastest chargers.
CLA 250+ Performance and Handling
A 200 kW motor drives the rear wheels, giving the CLA 250+ a lively, balanced feel. It sprints to 100 km/h in about 6.7 seconds, a full second quicker than the CLA 200. On top of that, Mercedes raised the suspension for Indian roads, so the 160 mm ground clearance handles most speed breakers. Drivers can switch between Comfort, Sport, Eco and Individual modes.
Mercedes-Benz CLA EV 250+ AMG Line Features
The AMG Line package adds sportier bumpers and 19-inch alloys, giving the sedan a more aggressive stance. Inside, the MBUX Superscreen pairs a 14-inch touchscreen with a 10.25-inch driver display. It also gets a panoramic roof, 64-colour ambient lighting and the AI-powered MBUX Virtual Assistant. For safety, DISTRONIC adaptive cruise, Active Lane Keeping Assist and Blind Spot Assist come standard.
What the AMG Line Misses
Compared with the Launch Edition, the AMG Line skips the third passenger display and massaging front seats. It also misses the edition-specific 19-inch wheels, illuminated edition door sills and the KEYLESS-GO package. However, it saves Rs 5 lakh while keeping the same battery and performance.
