What the HTX ER Adds
Over the HTK Plus ER, the HTX ER brings everyday comfort upgrades. Driver seat height adjustment helps shorter and taller drivers find a better position. In addition, a rear defogger improves visibility in rain, and a centre console armrest with storage adds comfort on long drives. It also gets speed-sensing auto door locks, a premium grey roof lining and all-window up/down control from the smart key.
Kia Syros EV HTX ER Features
The HTX ER keeps the HTK Plus ER’s key features too. It gets an electric parking brake with auto hold, auto headlamps and glossy black roof rails. Moreover, paddle shifters with i-Pedal, cruise control and a frunk come standard. For safety, it offers 6 airbags, ESC, hill-start assist and rollover sensors.
What It Misses
The HTX ER still skips a few premium features found on the HTX Plus ER. It doesn’t get a battery heater, internal V2L or a digital key. In addition, it misses Kia Connect 2.0 connected car tech and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. Harman Kardon audio and ADAS also come only on higher variants.
