Performance Specifications
Kinetic DX is built for a blend of city performance and reasonable range, running on state-of-the-art electric vehicle components. Propelled by a hub-mounted electric motor, having a maximum output power of 4.8 kW, and a top speed of 90 kmph, the scooter offers sufficient speed for commuting through the city and for short stretches on the highway. Depending on their performance requirements, riders can choose from three dedicated riding modes, i.e., Range, Power, and Turbo.
Battery and Range
Emphasis on battery technology is placed on durability and life, with a chemical composition having better safety and thermal runaway resistance. A 2.6 kWh LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) battery pack is used by the e-scooter, installed wisely beneath the floorboard. Claimed range for the variants is:
- Kinetic DX (Base): 102 km on a single charge.
- Kinetic DX+ (Higher): 116 km on a single charge.
Kinetic has further suggested that utilising the cruise lock between speeds of 25-30 kmph on flat surfaces can extend the real-life range to as much as 150 km.
Smart Technology Features
The DX enjoys various connectivity and comfort features to attract the modern, tech-savvy consumer. The instruments sport an 8.8-inch digital display. The scooter is equipped with advanced Telekinetic connectivity options, such as real-time riding statistics, geo-fencing security, intruder alerts, and vehicle tracking. Other convenience features include full LED lighting, keyless ignition, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Expansion and Dealerships
Kinetic is growing aggressively throughout the country to deliver current and future orders more efficiently. The company has already appointed 50 dealers and issued Letters of Intent for most metropolitan areas. The immediate target is to fast-track deliveries by opening five new dealerships this month alone. By the end of the 2026-27 financial year, Kinetic wants to establish a network of 200 dealerships across India as part of a long-term plan.
