Taycan 4S
The Taycan 4S is the entry point to the range, but it’s far from slow. It reaches 100 km/h in about 3.7 seconds and comes with an 89 kWh battery, claiming up to 557 km. Buyers can upgrade to the 105 kWh battery, which raises range to about 642 km. Standard kit includes adaptive air suspension, Matrix LED headlights and the curved 16.8-inch digital cluster. However, many comfort features, like ventilated seats, cost extra.
Taycan 4S Black Edition
Launched in India in July 2025, the Black Edition adds a stealthy look and a richer feature list to the 4S. It comes with the larger 105 kWh battery as standard, along with 590 bhp and 710 Nm. In addition, it gets HD-Matrix headlights, 21-inch black Aero wheels, a Bose sound system and surround view with Active Parking Assist. A panoramic glass roof and black exterior accents complete the package.
Taycan Turbo
The Taycan Turbo sits at the top of the range. With launch control, it produces up to 872 bhp and 890 Nm, reaching 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds. It also adds rear-axle steering and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus for sharper handling. Moreover, HD-Matrix headlights, Bose sound, Turbonite accents and 20-inch wheels come standard.
Porsche Taycan Variants: Which to Buy
For most buyers, the 4S Black Edition offers the best value. It costs only about Rs 7 lakh more than the 4S, yet adds the bigger battery and several costly options as standard. Choose the regular 4S if you want to spec the car your way. Meanwhile, the Turbo suits enthusiasts who want supercar pace and the sharpest handling.
