At just 1,329 mm tall, the Cyberster sits low and wide, giving it a true sports-car stance. Its slippery 0.269 Cd shape also helps range at highway speeds. However, its low ground clearance means you’ll need to take speed breakers slowly. Surprisingly, the boot holds around 249 litres, enough for a couple of soft bags on a weekend trip.

Motors and Performance

The Cyberster uses two oil-cooled electric motors, one on each axle. Together, they produce 503 bhp and 725 Nm, sent to all four wheels. As a result, it sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, which makes it one of the quickest cars on sale in India. Moreover, overtakes feel effortless, since it goes from 80 to 120 km/h in just 2.1 seconds. Drivers can also choose from Comfort, Sport, Super Sport and Custom modes.

Battery, Range and Charging

Under the floor sits a 77 kWh battery that measures just 110 mm thick, helping keep the car low. It offers 580 km of claimed range, which typically means around 450 km in real-world driving. On a DC fast charger, it goes from 10 to 80% in about 38 minutes. At home, a 7 kW AC charger takes about 12.5 hours from 10 to 100%. So, overnight charging works best for daily use.

Chassis, Suspension and Wheels

The Cyberster’s battery placement gives it a near-perfect 50:50 weight distribution, which helps it feel balanced in corners. Up front, it uses double-wishbone suspension, while the rear gets a multi-link setup. In addition, it rides on staggered 20-inch wheels, with 245/45 tyres at the front and wider 275/35 tyres at the rear. Ventilated disc brakes on all four wheels handle stopping duties.

Roof and Doors

Two features set the Cyberster apart from almost everything else on Indian roads. First, its scissor doors swing upward electrically, adding real theatre. What's good

• Incredible Visual Drama: Scissor doors and a low-slung body make it look like a multi-crore supercar.
• Relentless Performance: 0-100 in 3.2 seconds provides a thrill that never gets old.
• Practicality (for a Roadster): A 250-litre boot and comfortable ride make it a viable grand tourer.

What's not so good

• Ergonomic Flaws: The steering wheel blocks the screens, and internal storage is almost non-existent.
• Digital Soul: It’s blindingly fast but lacks the mechanical noise and “theatre” of a petrol sports car.
• Weight: At 2,000kg, you can feel the mass when trying to drive very aggressively through tight corners.
