What the HTK Plus Adds
Over the base HTK, the HTK Plus brings practical upgrades for daily driving. First, paddle shifters let you adjust regenerative braking on the go. In addition, i-Pedal mode lets you speed up and slow down using only the accelerator, which is handy in stop-and-go traffic. On highways, cruise control with manual speed limit assist reduces fatigue. A 16-litre frunk also gives you a separate spot for charging cables.
Kia Syros EV HTK Plus Features
The HTK Plus also keeps every HTK feature. It gets LED headlamps, LED DRLs, a LED high-mounted stop lamp and a touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. For safety, it offers 6 airbags, ESC, hill-start assist and rollover sensors. In addition, disc brakes come on all four wheels.
What It Misses
The HTK Plus still skips several premium features. It doesn’t get the dual-pane panoramic sunroof or Star Map LED tail lamps. Inside, it misses a rear centre armrest, LED map lamps and a luggage lamp. In addition, ventilated seats, Harman Kardon audio and ADAS come only on higher variants.
