| 11 kW AC (0 to 100%) | About 11 hours |
With up to 623 km of claimed range, the Turbo handles a one-way Bengaluru to Chennai trip of about 350 km with plenty to spare. Naturally, using its full power often will cut real-world range sharply. On the fastest chargers, it adds 10 to 80% in about 16 minutes. At home, an 11 kW charger refills it overnight, while a 22 kW onboard charger is optional.
Turbo Performance and Handling
Launch control unlocks the full 1,140 bhp, making the Turbo quicker than many supercars. To handle that power, the rear motor gets direct oil cooling, which helps it deliver strong performance lap after lap. Moreover, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus with an electronic rear differential lock sharpens its cornering. Standard adaptive air suspension also keeps the ride composed on rough Indian roads.
Porsche Cayenne Turbo Electric Features
The Turbo builds on the standard Cayenne Electric with HD-Matrix LED headlights. Inside, the curved OLED Porsche Flow Display and a 14.25-inch OLED cluster take centre stage. Rear passengers get electrically adjustable seats, a rare touch in this class. In addition, a surround-view camera, automatic parking and adaptive cruise control come standard. The Porsche Digital Key also lets owners unlock the car with a phone or smartwatch.
What the Turbo Misses
Even at this price, several features remain optional. These include rear-axle steering, Porsche Active Ride and ceramic composite brakes. Likewise, 22-inch wheels and the AR head-up display cost extra. Therefore, check your final specification carefully when configuring the car.
