Bigger Battery, Longer Trips
The Premium’s main upgrade is its 60.48 kWh battery, which adds 53 km of claimed range over the Dynamic. In real-world driving, that means roughly 380 to 420 km on a full charge, enough for most intercity trips in one go. In addition, faster 80 kW DC charging keeps highway stops short. It also reaches 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds.
What the Premium Adds
Beyond the bigger battery, the Premium brings several practical upgrades. First, a one-touch powered tailgate makes loading luggage easier. Next, larger 18-inch alloy wheels give it a sportier look. In addition, multi-colour ambient lighting lifts the cabin feel, while a PM2.5 air filter keeps the air cleaner in city traffic.
BYD Atto 3 Premium Features and Safety
The Premium keeps all the Dynamic’s highlights, including a panoramic sunroof, a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen and a wireless charger. For safety, it gets ESC, TPMS, hill descent control and a 360-degree camera. However, it misses Level 2 ADAS, ventilated seats and the 8-speaker Dirac sound system, which come only on the Superior.
