MG introduced the Windsor EV Inspire Edition in India, starting at ₹16.65 lakh. The 300-unit limited edition comes with dual-tone paint and gold-accented interiors.
MG Motor India, a subsidiary of JSW, has made the Windsor EV Inspire Limited Edition official in India. This event, which comes shortly after a teaser, also commemorates the launch of the Windsor EV model precisely a year ago. The limited edition is intended to provide a luxurious, visually enhanced experience to the clientele. The MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition now comes with an initial ex-showroom price of ₹16.65 lakh. Customers who choose the electric car with the BaaS (Battery-as-a-service) alternative can get it for the lower sum of ₹9.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Cosmetic Upgrades Added
The outer part is painted in a highly attractive two-tone colour scheme that consists of Pearl White and Starry Black. This is further enhanced by the all-black alloy wheels with rose gold cladding, black ORVMs, and unique Inspire branding. An accessory pack applies the Rose Gold design elements to the front grille and bumper corner protectors. The cabin carries the Sangria Red and Black leather upholstery. The headrests are embroidered with an ‘Inspire’ logo, and throughout the interior, gold accents are applied. The interior also consists of mats, cushions, and sunshades for the rear window that are themed.
Unchanged Motor Specs
To maintain its exclusivity and collector’s appeal, the MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition is limited to a mere 300 units in the Indian market. Bookings have already begun, and the limited availability accentuates its character as a special celebration of the model’s first year, wherein MG has already sold 40,000 units.
The mechanical parts of the Inspire Edition are still the same as those of the standard model. The vehicle is equipped with a 38 kWh battery pack and a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. Here’s a detailed list of the key specifications:

Deliveries Start Soon
The MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition is now open for orders all over the country. The firm plans that the deliveries of the electric vehicle will start on October 15, 2025, thereby allowing the limited edition model to reach the customers just in time for the peak celebratory season.
