Tata Sierra EV Empowered 75 RWD Features
The cabin is the star here. First, the triple-screen dashboard gives the driver a 10.25-inch cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen. Then, the front passenger gets a separate 12.3-inch screen for their own entertainment. On top of that, a JBL system with Dolby Atmos fills the cabin with rich sound.
Comfort features are generous too. For instance, there’s a panoramic sunroof you can open by voice, plus mood lighting and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Also, Boss Mode lets a rear passenger slide the front seat forward. Meanwhile, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise control and rear AC vents make daily drives easy.
Tata Sierra EV Empowered 75 RWD Safety Features
This variant covers all the important safety basics. For example, it gets six airbags, ABS with EBD and disc brakes on all wheels. Also, hill hold, hill descent control and an electronic parking brake with auto hold help on slopes. Plus, front and rear parking sensors, TPMS and SOS calling come standard. However, ADAS remains exclusive to the Empowered A.
Built for Long Drives
With a claimed 665 km, this is one of the longest-range SUVs at its price. In real-world use, Tata claims 510 to 530 km, which covers trips like Delhi to Jaipur in one go. Better still, a 15-minute stop at a fast charger can add up to 263 km. As a result, long road trips need fewer and shorter charging breaks. Also, the battery gets a lifetime warranty, so you can drive without worry.
What This Variant Does Not Have
This version doesn’t include a home charger, so you’ll need to buy one separately. Also, it misses Level 2+ ADAS, the 540-degree camera and the heads-up display. Similarly, leatherette seats and the powered passenger seat come only on the Empowered A. Finally, there’s no AWD option here.
What the Empowered A 75 RWD Adds
The Empowered A 75 RWD costs Rs 24.79 lakh, which is Rs 1 lakh more. In return, you get Level 2+ ADAS with adaptive cruise control and lane change assist. Also, it adds a 540-degree camera, a heads-up display and leatherette seats. Plus, the 19-inch dual-tone alloys give it a sportier look. So, if you drive often on highways, the ADAS alone may justify the extra money.
Who Should Buy the Tata Sierra EV Empowered 75 RWD?
This variant suits tech-loving families who also drive long distances. Thanks to the 75 kWh battery, you get maximum range, while the triple screens keep everyone entertained. It also makes sense if you already have a home charger. However, if ADAS is on your wish list, stretch to the Empowered A.
