The CLA EV’s front grille carries 142 individually illuminated Mercedes stars, plus an illuminated star badge. Alongside it, MULTIBEAM LED headlamps with ULTRA RANGE high beam and Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus light up the road far ahead. Moreover, flush door handles and an aerodynamic shape help it slip through the air efficiently. A panoramic roof, heated mirrors and an electric boot lid complete the package.
CLA EV Interior and Comfort
Inside, the front comfort seats adjust electrically and get a memory function with up to three settings. They also offer heating and 4-way electric lumbar support for long drives. Meanwhile, 64-colour ambient lighting with ten colour themes sets the mood at night. Rear passengers get a centre armrest with cupholders, while the panoramic roof keeps the cabin bright.

The MBUX Superscreen combines a 14-inch central display with a 10.25-inch driver display. Its Zero-Layer interface puts key functions on the home screen, so you don’t dig through menus. The AI-powered MBUX Virtual Assistant understands natural voice commands. In addition, MBUX Surround Navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and over-the-air updates come standard. A digital key also lets you use your phone to unlock the car.
CLA EV Convenience Features
KEYLESS-GO lets you unlock and start the CLA EV without taking the key out. Beyond that, wireless phone charging keeps devices topped up, and the electric boot lid opens at a touch. For tight city spaces, PARKTRONIC sensors, a reversing camera and Parking Assist help with manoeuvres. Mercedes’ Digital Extras also let owners add features through software later.
Mercedes-Benz CLA EV Features: Safety and ADAS
The CLA EV gets front, side and curtain airbags, along with ISOFIX mounts and tyre pressure monitoring. Its MB.DRIVE system brings DISTRONIC adaptive cruise control with a restart function for stop-and-go traffic. It also adds Active Lane Keeping Assist, automatic emergency braking and evasive steering assist. Furthermore, Blind Spot Assist Plus and Exit Warning protect passengers when opening doors.
Before You Buy the CLA EV
Keep a few points in mind before booking. First, the CLA EV gets heated seats but not ventilated ones, which matter in Indian summers.
