The EV6’s long 2,900 mm wheelbase and flat floor free up plenty of cabin space. In addition, it offers a 480-litre boot, which is useful for family trips. Its 178 mm ground clearance handles most Indian roads, though large speed breakers still need care. Meanwhile, its sloping, coupe-like roofline gives it a sporty look.

The EV6 uses an 84 kWh NMC battery, up from the older model’s 77.4 kWh unit. As a result, ARAI-certified range rose to 663 km. In real-world testing, it delivered about 498 km on a combined cycle, with around 560 km possible on highways. That’s enough for a Bengaluru to Goa trip with charge to spare.
Motor and Performance
The EV6 uses two motors, one on each axle, for all-wheel drive. Together, they produce 320 bhp and 605 Nm, reaching 100 km/h in about 5.3 seconds and a top speed of 192 km/h. Drivers get Eco, Normal, Sport and Snow modes, plus four regen levels (0 to 3) via paddles.

Thanks to its 800V architecture, the EV6 is among the fastest-charging EVs in India. However, most Indian public chargers offer far less than 350 kW, so real-world charging times will usually be longer.
Suspension, Tyres and Brakes
The EV6 uses MacPherson strut front suspension and a multi-link rear setup, with selective damping control valves for a better ride. It rides on 235/55 R19 alloy wheels, with disc brakes on all four wheels. However, it doesn’t get a spare wheel.
