Ola Electric scales up its service network into an open Hyperservice platform for spare parts, tools, and training, accessible to garages and fleet operators.
Ola Electric, the Indian electric vehicle manufacturer, has introduced a new online service platform called ‘Hyperservice,’ which gives access to spare parts, diagnostic tools, and training modules. The company based in Bengaluru is opening this up not only to its current customers but also to independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators.
The move to scale up and grant open access was announced on Monday, October 27, 2025. The entire country is getting serviced and parts supplied, and the company is strictly adhering to Phase 1 rollout, which is on its customer app and website, to draw new customers. One of the key components of the larger ‘India Inside’ strategy is the making of a post-sales ecosystem that is open, scalable, and profitable.
New Service Platform
Ola Electric has proclaimed the expansion of its exclusive service backbone and technology sector. This improved service design is being presented as an ‘open platform’ going by the name Hyperservice. In giving this system, the company is making its genuine spare parts, diagnostic aids, and service training open to a far larger audience who do not belong to its network.
Parts Now Open
Making genuine spare parts directly available to the public is a vital aspect of the Hyperservice Phase 1 rollout. Customers, independent garages, and mechanics can immediately purchase certified high-quality spare parts directly through the Ola Electric Customer App and the company’s website. This action eliminates middlemen, thereby guaranteeing the availability and quality of the parts.
Training and Tools
The company has planned a phased rollout for its complete ecosystem. During the next phases of the current quarter, Ola Electric will provide access to its proprietary diagnostic tools and dedicated technician certification programs. This will help independent mechanics and garages service Ola scooters to the same quality standards and system as those of the company itself, thereby truly opening up and creating accessibility to the whole ecosystem.
Economic Growth Model
The Ola Electric Hyperservice scale-up will enhance the unit economics of the company, as per Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ola Electric. It is expected to also stimulate the parts and accessories vertical, carrying high margins, to grow organically with the rapid expansion of Ola’s customer base. The model is made scalable and profitable by achieving higher volumes through its supply chain.
Big India Strategy
The extension of the servicing network and the creation of an open platform are key pillars of Ola Electric’s larger ‘India Inside’ strategy. This strategy seeks to develop open, scalable, domestically integrated platforms in all core aspects of the EV ecosystem, including batteries, software (MoveOS), and now after-sales service and infrastructure. The service network expansion reinforces Ola’s commitment to building a complete, homegrown EV ecosystem.
