Royal Enfield launched the Flying Flea C6, Oben Electric launched the Rorr Evo, and Hero Vida launched the Dirt.e K3 in India last year. But the future is even more interesting with even more exciting bikes that will be launched soon. We have compiled a list of the top 5 upcoming electric bikes in India; take a look:
Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 Scrambler
Expected Price: Around Rs 3 lakh
Expected Launch: End of 2026
The Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 is an electric scrambler motorcycle with a rugged, more off-road-focused design. It will be built on the same platform as the Flying Flea C6. It is also expected to get the same battery pack as the C6, but comes with a larger, chain-driven rear sprocket for better acceleration. It will be Royal Enfield’s second electric bike and will carry a premium price tag of more than Rs 3 lakh.
Hero Vida Concept VXZ
Expected Price: Around Rs 2.5 lakh
Expected Launch: End of 2027
The Hero Vida Concept VXZ is an electric naked streetfighter that is being built in collaboration with Zero Motorcycles, a premium electric bike manufacturer from the USA. The VXZ will have an aggressive design and will share a lot of parts with the Zero Lompico, its counterpart produced by Zero. When launched in India, it will be a premium electric bike, and will get performance equal to a 250cc petrol-powered motorcycle.
Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric
Expected Price: Around Rs 7 lakh
Expected Launch: Late 2028
The Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric, or the Royal Enfield Him-E, is an upcoming electric bike from the Indian manufacturer. It has been spotted testing multiple times on Indian roads, as well as in Ladakh. In its spyshots, we have already seen that it gets a bunch of premium hardware like a big battery pack with a magnesium cover (just like the Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6), Öhlins suspension, SM Pro spoked wheels, and radially mounted callipers. It is expected to be launched in India around the end of 2028, with an expected price tag of around Rs 7 lakh.
TVS eFX Three O
Expected Price: Around Rs 7 lakh
Expected Launch: Late 2028
The TVS eFX Three O is a concept bike that TVS showcased at EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy. It is the brand’s first electric bike, and gets a very aggressive design, just like other TVS Apache bikes. It most likely shares a bunch of its underpinnings with the TVS Apache RT-E – an electric sport bike made by TVS for the TVS’ Electric One Make Championship back in 2024. While the brand has not yet given any update on the bike, when launched, it will carry a premium price tag.
Ampere Xyber
Expected Price: Around Rs 2 lakh
Expected Launch: 2028
The Ampere Xyber is an electric streetfighter from the Indian bike maker. It was first showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. It is expected to have a 200 km range from its LFP battery pack, with a claimed top speed of around 100 kmph. The performance will be comparable to a 150cc petrol bike. In a recent development, Ram Rajappa, the brand’s CTO (Chief Technology Officer), also confirmed that the launch of this bike is still 18-24 months away.
