With an extended range of up to 510km and additional features, the Creta Electric now features new variants in its lineup.
Hyundai Motor India has launched three new Creta Electric variants. The Announcement was made in an article published on September 3, 2025. These variants and range enhancement are made for the Indian market.
Creta Electric Gets More Options and Features
The addition of three new trims to the Creta Electric nameplate adds more consumer choice. With variants Excellence, Executive Tech, and Executive (O), these extra features add to the broader range of prices. The Hyundai move is significant since it significantly changes the congested commercial landscape for mid-size electric SUVs in India. These variants have been introduced alongside newer color schemes.

Advanced Safety and Technology
Hyundai has gone ahead and given the Creta Electric a range of safety and tech features for an even better experience behind the wheel. The top-tier variants now come with:
- Level 2 ADAS with a 360-degree view monitor
- Blind spot detection
- Dashcam
- Rear wireless charging
These features bring a modern edge of convenience to the cabin.
Updated Pricing and New Colors
Extension in the range of Creta Electric brought with it pricing and aesthetic tweaks. Now, the starting price stands at Rs. 18.02 lakh (ex-showroom). To complement this, Hyundai has tinkered with the looks of the Creta Electric by offering matte black and shadow grey colors. Giving the customers some more areas of personalization is a step in making the long-range version more affordable.
Hyundai’s Aggressive EV Market Strategy
The Creta Electric is part of Hyundai’s strategy to capture a bigger share of India’s fast-growing EV market. Hyundai has cut the price of its longer-range battery pack for the Creta and indeed added Level 2 ADAS features to the lineup in direct answer to consumer demand for choice and value-added options. This just accentuates the Creta’s positioning against key competitors, signaling Hyundai’s intention to repeat the SUV’s success in the arena of electric mobility or other frontiers of market leadership.
