The Zelio Eeva is offered with two battery technology choices: lead-acid and lithium-ion. The lead-acid version is available with four battery capacities—1.92 kWh, 2.30 kWh, 2.52 kWh and 3.02 kWh—while the lithium-ion version gets 1.92 kWh and 2.37 kWh options. This gives buyers multiple configurations depending on their budget, preferred battery technology and daily travel requirements.
The lead-acid version starts at ₹55,834 (ex-showroom) and offers a claimed range of up to 90 km. The lithium-ion version starts at ₹72,509 (ex-showroom) and is listed with a claimed range of up to 85 km. Charging time is another important difference: the lead-acid version takes around 6–8 hours for a full charge, while the lithium-ion version is listed at approximately 4 hours.
Both battery versions share the same basic scooter setup, including a 25 km/h top speed, BLDC hub motor, automatic transmission, telescopic front suspension and hydraulic rear suspension. The feature package includes a digital instrument cluster, keyless drive, anti-theft alarm, USB charging and LED lighting with DRLs. Buyers should compare the battery capacity and charging requirements rather than choosing only by the headline range.
