Range and Charging
With 158 km of claimed range, the V2 covers a busy week of city riding. In real-world use, expect roughly 120 to 130 km, depending on ride mode and load. As a result, a commuter covering 40 km a day only needs to charge every three days. A charge from 0 to 80% takes about 4 hours 10 minutes from a regular home socket, so plugging in overnight works well.
Running Cost
With home charging, the V2 costs roughly Rs 0.15 to Rs 0.20 per km to run. For a rider covering 1,200 km a month, that’s about Rs 200 in electricity, compared with around Rs 2,400 in petrol for a 110cc scooter. Moreover, the hub motor has no chain or belt to replace.
