VLF Strada Variant-wise Price
| VLF Strada Variant | Battery Capacity | Ex-showroom Price |
| City | 2.16 kWh | Rs 1,19,999 |
| Max | 4.32 kWh | Rs 1,55,499 |

The Max variant costs Rs 35,501 more than the City but offers nearly twice the claimed range. Interestingly, the Strada has removable batteries, which makes it possible to charge them separately from the scooter. That could be particularly useful for buyers without a dedicated parking-space charging point or compromised charging.
VLF Strada Battery, Range And Performance
Powering the VLF Strada is a 4.8 kW BLDC hub motor producing 34 Nm of torque. The claimed top speed is 85 kmph, which is more than enough for city commutes, as well as highway trips. It gets three riding modes, each with a different speed limit:
| Riding Mode | Maximum Speed |
| Eco | 45 kmph |
| City | 65 kmph |
| Sport | 85 kmph |
The City variant has a single 2.16 kWh LFP (Lithium Iron/Ferro Phosphate) battery, while the Max gets two removable 2.16 kWh battery packs, bringing the total capacity to 4.32 kWh. VLF claims a 130 km IDC range for the City and 250 km for the top-spec Max variant. However, real-world figures will depend on riding conditions, speed and load being carried. Charging takes approximately 3 hours for the City and 6 hours for the dual-battery Max using the standard charger.
VLF Strada Design
The Strada looks noticeably different from most conventional electric scooters. It gets a supersport-inspired front end (lookup Ducati Panigale V4) with twin-pod projector LED headlight setup, a tall windscreen, step-through seating and an integrated rear luggage rack. Because it has the uncanny Italian resemblance, we think it is quite a gorgeous one. It is available in four paint schemes:
- Carbonio Black
- Urbano Silver
- Titanio Grey
- Luna White
VLF Strada Features
The equipment list includes a 5-inch TFT instrument console, keyless entry, illuminated ignition, USB Type-A and Type-C charging ports, and a reverse mode for convenience as well. It also comes with a combined braking system, which helps distribute the brake force evenly between the wheels for a safer ride.
VLF Strada Suspension, Brakes and More
The VLF Strda rolls on a 16-inch front and 14-inch rear alloy wheels wrapped in tubeless tyres. It gets a telescopic fork and twin rear shock absorbers that have preload adjustability. Braking is handled by a 240 mm front disc and a 220 mm rear disc, supported by CBS (Combined Braking System). VLF Strada’s ground clearance is 175 mm, and its seat height is 780 mm.

Bookings, Deliveries And Competition
Bookings for the VLF Strada are open through MotoHaus at Rs 999, with deliveries expected to begin in November 2026. The scooter enters a competitive segment that already includes the Yamaha EC-06 and Suzuki e-Access.
The Yamaha EC-06 costs around Rs 1.67 lakh, while the Suzuki e-Access is priced at Rs 1.88 lakh. Both offer an established manufacturer’s backing, while the Strada counters with a lower starting price and the option of a larger removable-battery setup.
What We Think
The VLF Strada’s biggest advantage is its flexibility. Buyers can choose the more affordable City for everyday commuting or spend an additional Rs 35,501 on the Max for a considerably more claimed range.
However, while the 250 km range sounds promising, real-world performance and MotoHaus’s service support will ultimately determine whether the Strada can compete effectively with established electric scooter manufacturers.
