Oben Electric, a Bengaluru-based electric startup, has taken a motorcycle-first approach in India’s electric fraternity. Instead of putting gimmicky features in their electric motorcycles, the brand has focused on build quality, a well-designed chassis, and a safe battery pack, things that will actually matter to the buyers.

Oben Electric currently sells four bikes: the Oben Rorr, the Oben Rorr EZ, the Oben Rorr EZ Sigma, and the Oben Rorr Evo. Amongst these, the Rorr Evo is the newest product, and it gets aggressive styling instead of the retro approach like the other bikes. With features like fast charging, connected tech, and comfortable ergonomics, Oben is gaining traction in the Indian market.
