Numeros Motors, a Bangalore-based electric vehicle startup, has launched the n-First electric two-wheeler, a model that is going to get the strength of a motorcycle and the convenience of a scooter. Numeros Motors will be shipping the first batch of the electric scooter in January 2026. Targeted for the young urban commuters, including women riders.
The brand plans to expand its footprint in the South by launching such products that will give consumers nothing less than a stable, stylish, and feature-rich EV at an introductory price that is easy to digest.
Affordable EV Launch
The Numeros n-First enters the competitive electric two-wheeler market with an aggressive price point. The company has set an introductory price of ₹64,999 (ex-showroom) for the first 1,000 customers, making it one of the most value-driven offerings in the segment. The introductory price applies to the base ‘Max’ variant. The n-First is available in three primary variants: Max, i-Max, and the top-end i-Max+.
Big Wheel Stability
n-First is designed with a new concept in mind, and the main design change that sets it apart from the regular scooters is the use of 16-inch alloy wheels, which are larger and common for motorcycles. This size, which is generally seen on commuter motorbikes, makes the riding experience super smooth and increases control and comfort to a large extent, especially in India, where the roads are not always in good shape and could be very challenging. The electric scooter is a joint project with an Italian design studio, Wheelab, and it has a comfortable ground clearance of 159 mm.
Performance and Variants
The n-First boasts a powerful Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), a reducing drive motor which is connected through a chain drive. The performance is different for the three versions depending on the motor’s power and battery capacity. The premium i-Max+ version is designed for superior performance, achieving a higher maximum speed and offering an additional riding mode.
| Numeros n-First Specifications | Max / i-Max | i-Max+ |
| Battery Capacity | 2.5 kWh | 3.0 kWh |
| IDC Range | 91 km | 109 km |
| Motor Peak Power | 1.8 kW | 2.5 kW |
| Max Speed | 55 km/h | 70 km/h |

Range and Charging
Li-ion battery packs that are extremely resistant to dirt and water are used by all the variants and are rated IP67. The battery packs in 2.5 kWh variants (Max and i-Max) also incorporate advanced liquid immersion-cooled technology for optimal thermal management.
Charging Time:
- 2.5 kWh battery (Max / i-Max): 5–6 hours (0-100% SoC)
- 3.0 kWh battery (i-Max+): 7–8 hours (0-100% SoC)
- The maximum range of 109 km (validated by IDC) provided by the i-Max+ variant is a relief in the aspect of ‘range anxiety’ for regular daily urban travels.
Smart Safety Features
The n-First delivers an all-around package of connected technology features and safety systems, making sure that the rider has a modern and safe riding experience.
- Connectivity: One of the interesting features is the IoT-based platform, through which Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates are performed.
- Convenience: You can navigate using your smartphone and keep it charged at the same time, with features like the digital LCD console, USB charging port, and phone holder.
- Security: Security-wise, the EV gets remote locking, geo-fencing, live location tracking, and notifications for theft and tow detection.
