Mahindra to Launch New BE.6 Variant Tomorrow – What To Expect

The Mahindra New BE.6 Variant to get two battery pack options, 59 kWh Battery and 79 kWh Battery, and gives up to 682 km of range. 

Mahindra recently teased a teaser video for a new version of its BE.6 electric SUV, which will be showcased on August 14 and 15, 2025. The company’s teasers showcasing the BE.6’s front fascia and lighting elements hint towards a remarkable revision of the model.

What the Teasers Reveal

The teasers showcase dark blended headlamps along with DRLs with gleaming outlines and multi-layered LEDs on the front bumper. All of these elements emphasize Mahindra’s Born Electric design language, which is characterized by sharp lighting and a muscular stance. 

The teaser images also further show that this variant of the BE.6 may receive more than just a facelift. There are speculations in the industry that indicate the possibility of a convertible SUV or a performance AWD (all-wheel-drive) variant to diversify the appeal of the BE.6.

The interior includes a driver-focused cockpit with two 12.3-inch floating screens, an augmented reality head-up display, and a new two-spoke, flat-bottom steering wheel. The premium features boasts a Dolby Atmos 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, dual-zone climate control, 5G connectivity with built-in Wi-Fi, 360-degree cameras, an in-car camera, auto park assist, a panoramic sunroof with integrated multi-color lighting patterns, a powered driver’s seat with memory function, ambient lighting, and 7 airbags. The BE.6 also includes Level 2 ADAS features.

The full announcement is set for tomorrow, and all eyes will be on Mahindra to see if the mysterious BE.6 variant is an open-top electric SUV, a dual-motor AWD power, or something entirely unexpected.
