The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition is equipped with a 79 kWh battery that provides a 682 km ARAI-certified range on a single charge.

Mahindra rolled out a new special edition of its electric SUV, BE 6, dedicated to the famous superhero Batman. This special EV, “Batman Edition”, pays tribute to the Dark Knight with its own unique aesthetic, which flows through the exterior and the interior. 

Based on the BE 6 Pack Three variant, the EV was on sale after being launched on August 14, and the market witnessed an exceptional demand, making the sale an incredible event for the brand.

Instant Sell-Out Success

The tremendous interest in this model resulted in Mahindra’s sales success. Starting with a plan to build a limited 300 units of the BE 6 Batman Edition, with the incredible consumer interest, that number was quickly raised to 999 units.

Out of these increased units, however, the stock of the entire run was sold out within an astonishing 135 seconds after bookings officially opened. The impressive record of sales in light of such a short period demonstrates how popular and in-demand this special superhero-inspired car truly is.

The vehicle’s unique design begins with a custom satin black finish, echoing the dark and intense persona of the legendary superhero. Exclusive Batman details include:  

  • Batman decals on the front doors
  • The Dark Knight symbol on the tailgate
  • Batman logos on the fenders, bumpers, and even reverse lamps

Standard 19-inch wheels can be upgraded to 20 inches, while the wheel hub caps, brake calipers, and springs stand out with an eye-catching “alchemy gold” finish.

The interior of the cabin gets: 

  • Infinity Roof insignia of the Dark Knight Trilogy
  • A carpet plank that read “Night Trail” projected a Batman logo

To add to the exclusive feel, an alchemy-brushed plaque on the dash bears the edition number and is complemented by the instrument panel in charcoal leather framed in brushed gold. The suede and leather seats feature gold accents and the Dark Knight logo, while the console has pinstripe designs with subtle Batman references.
